Background

Two blocks of flats on Belle Vue Road, Poole, were identified as having balconies in a state of disrepair following a condition survey carried out several years ago. Once the leaseholders were ready to proceed, BAS Property Consultants Limited was appointed by the Managing Agent to deliver the project from inception to completion.

Challenge

The primary objective was to restore the deteriorating balconies and ensure compliance with safety standards. However, during the works, additional structural issues were uncovered, requiring swift and effective solutions to prevent further risk and maintain project timelines.
