Link House was an unused and run down office building which was originally building to serve as the offices and ancillary building for the Elmfield apartment buildings. The building was originally built by Cunard in the 1930s to house their wealthy cruise passengers before they crossed the Atlantic.

BAS were appointed to lead the architectural design and detailing of the conversion of the building to provide 9 high quality new residential flats. The new flats combine clever and hardworking spatial design with the original features of the existing property to provide bright, open and modern residential accommodation within a characterful existing building.
