BAS Property Consultants Celebrates 20 Years of Success with New Bournemouth Office
Southampton, July 2026 – BAS Property Consultants is celebrating two major milestones this summer: 20 years since the company was founded on 20 July 2006 and one year since becoming an independent business on 1 August 2025, with the opening of a new office in Westbourne, Bournemouth.
The new office, located at Suite 1:16, Arena Offices, Westbourne, Poole, Bournemouth, BH12 1AZ, marks the next stage in BAS’s continued growth and commitment to supporting clients across the South Coast and South West.
Since its formation in 2006, BAS has built a reputation for delivering practical, professional advice across the built environment. Following the company’s demerger in 2025, BAS has continued to strengthen its specialist services in Building Surveying, Health & Safety Compliance, and Architecture, supporting clients across commercial, education, residential, industrial and public sector projects.
The new Bournemouth office will provide a stronger local presence for clients throughout Dorset, Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and the wider South West region, while complementing the company’s Southampton headquarters.
